What happens in this demonstration
Conversations use example data and do not connect accounts or carry out real tasks. The access form does save your name, email and WhatsApp number when you submit it with your permission.
Pilot waitlist
Axia Labs LLC uses your name, email, WhatsApp number, language, topic of interest, referring guide and path when applicable, and consent record to manage your request and contact you about the Axi pilot. Details are stored in a private Firebase (Cloud Firestore) database in Axia Labs’ Google Cloud project in the United States, with Google as our hosting provider. Older versions of the form and the shared prototype may pass through Sites/Cloudflare to reach Firebase. They are not published or sent to MisterPrecios, AI models or Google Analytics, and are not used for advertising. We keep them while managing pilot invitations, or until you withdraw permission. To request access, correction or deletion, or to stop receiving contact, email asistente@axialabs.ai. Signing up does not connect your email or WhatsApp account and does not guarantee a spot.
What the actual service must explain
Before enabling WhatsApp, email or another connection, the service must explain which data it receives, why it uses it, what is optional, what happens if you do not provide it and who can access it. Proposed purposes are answering questions, comparing options and following up on authorized tasks. The final scope remains to be confirmed.
Permission and control
Consent to process data must be informed and specific. Email access does not authorize purchases, contracts or unlimited contact with others. The operating service must provide a clear way to revoke access and explain how that affects pending tasks. This demo grants and revokes no real permissions.
Providers and transfers
WhatsApp, AI providers, hosting and partners may involve processing by third parties. Before operation, the actual providers, shared data, processing countries and applicable safeguards must be identified. US registration of Axia Labs LLC does not establish where your data will be hosted. MisterPrecios supplies product information; this demo does not send it your messages.
Retention and security
To be defined for the actual service: retention by data type, deletion of copies, logs, security measures and incident handling. This draft does not claim indefinite storage, end-to-end encryption of the entire service, or inclusion or exclusion of data for model training without verifying architecture and contracts.
Your rights and how to contact us
Email asistente@axialabs.ai to ask about your data or request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent under applicable law. Do not include passwords or full card numbers. Identity checks should be proportionate; procedures and applicable timelines must be confirmed. In Costa Rica, PRODHAB is the data protection authority.
Policy updates
The final version must state its effective date and communicate material changes before new processing requiring consent begins. This draft authorizes no connections and does not replace the specific notice provided when data is requested.
Website analytics
When measurement is configured and you accept it, Google Analytics 4 receives website visits and button events, with language and example identifiers. We do not send messages, documents, card numbers or conversation text. Advertising signals and personalization are disabled in the tag. Google processes this data under its terms. The property, retention periods and final settings must be confirmed before launch.
